THE WAY WE WORK AT 7P

1. When you’re at 7P, be here—really here.

Be present, be engaged, be all in. Time is the fairest and most valuable thing we have—live and work fully, not halfway.

2. Find joy in what you do.

If something at work doesn’t sit right with you, speak up. We’re open. We’ll listen. But if you’ve tried and it still doesn’t feel right, it’s okay to move on.
Go where you can be the best version of yourself. We genuinely wish you happiness and growth, whether that’s here or somewhere else.

3. We don’t do lazy.

We work hard and take pride in what we do—and we expect that from everyone on this team. Hustle with purpose.

4. Don’t let money become your first motivation.

A few hundred or a million might make you happy for a while, help cover your bills—but it won’t make you grow.
When you grow, the rewards follow. Learn how to make yourself valuable.
Focus on the long game. Work hard, build something real. At 7P, you create your own benefits.

5. Life gets hard. That’s normal.

Work, school, love, personal stuff… sometimes it all hits at once.
They’ll all stress you out at some point. But don’t quit just because things get tough. Take time. Make a plan.
Give yourself (and the team) at least a month to reflect if you’re thinking of leaving.
And if you go, go with responsibility. Leave because you found something better—not because you’re burnt out, upset, or frustrated. Don’t let depression lead you in the wrong direction.

6. Everything you do adds up.

Skills, experience, lessons—they all become your assets. Don’t box yourself in. Don’t be too picky early on. Try things. Be curious. Be intentional.
If you know what you want for your future, tell us. We’ll back you up. We want to see you win.

7. Be someone people remember—for the right reasons.

Take ownership. Care deeply.
Notice something off? Fix it—or at least suggest how.
Don’t wait. Don’t ignore it. Don’t make excuses. Leave a good mark—first and foremost, for yourself.

8. Your attitude matters more than your skillset.

Stay humble. Respect others. Learn from everyone.
Own your mistakes. Drop the ego. Listen and Care.
Being great isn’t enough. Be kind, too.
Lead with heart—it’ll take you further than you think.

9. Speak up. Be honest. Be bold.

Say what you believe. Ask for what you need. Don’t expect people to read your mind. “Closed mouths don’t get fed”.
Use your voice—clearly, kindly, and bravely.

10. Take care of your team.

Help where you can—but don’t burn yourself out trying to save everyone. Set boundaries. Respect yourself, too.
Don’t carry someone else’s load. You can’t save the world if you’re running on empty.
Taking care of yourself is a kind of power, too.
Be strong. Be smart. Be cool.

11. Give your best—with a good heart.

Do the best you can with the purest intentions. Some people will notice and thank you. Some won’t. Do it anyway. What matters is that you know you did the right thing. That’s the kind of pride that sticks.

12. We’re a little family here.

There will be disagreements, arguments, even hurt feelings.
But we choose to sit down, talk, and listen.
That’s how we show up, grow, and move forward—together.

13. Keep everything clean.

Your space, your work—keep it sharp. Organize your work and your workspace.
Not just for looks, keep it respectful. It shows you care. And that matters.
